On GOG.com (GOG Galaxy wont work to find the serial keys) go to GOG.com, click on ACCOUNT. Then click on LIBRARY.

When you paste then, check the END of each CD-KEY for spaces and remove any empty spaces at the beginning or end - spaces will cause your BUTTONS TO BE DISABLED because it sees them as invalid serial keys (this is stupid in my opinion).

GOG is aware of the issue, which is a database issue. Be patient on your ticket: it is the weekend, and there is only a skeleton staff, so don't expect a reply until next week.
